Group Mentorship with Cara
Every month Cara will go live from our exclusive Facebook group or Zoom room and channel information from your spiritual team to activate your healing, offer hot seat coaching for your most pressing life questions, and lead group energy activations to support you on your path of health and healing.
Week 1- Radiant Health & Medical Intuition
Dive deep into your body's messages. Cara interfaces directly with your body and Spirit team to uncover the energetic root causes of your symptoms, and clear insight on how to shift the energy and heal. Includes Medical Intuitive Readings and/or a collective body scan, depending on the group's needs.
Week 2 - Soul-Led Coaching & Embodiment
To create the a purpose-led life, we get to become the energetic match. This week is devoted to real-life transformation through hot seat coaching, powerful re-frames, and energetic shifts. Together we chose the highest path of love and embodiment to help you reach your goals.
Week 3 - Quantum Activation
Get ready to receive! This week the group will receive a channeled activation to raise your frequency and align you to you soul's highest truth. Healing themes for the collective are intuitively guided and include meditation, sound healing, and Quantum Healing - whatever Spirit brings through.
